The Mission

India studies harder than almost any country on earth. Students pour years into competitive exam preparation for JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, and CBSE. Teachers give everything they have. Schools invest in infrastructure. And yet — exam failure rates haven't meaningfully budged in 15 years.

The problem isn't effort. The problem is a missing efficiency layer. Students use passive re-reading instead of active recall. Aaryan is a physicist, builder, and leader. He built RATTAfy's first working memory engine in 2 months while using it to prepare for IIT JAM Physics 2026. The spaced repetition engine, MSI scoring, and recall grading were all battle-tested on himself. He got into IIT Bombay. The product works because it had to.

2025 — The Insight
Aaryan recognises India's academic crisis isn't an effort problem — it's an infrastructure problem. Starts building the first version of the memory engine.
Early 2026 — The Proof
Uses RATTAfy to prepare for IIT JAM Physics 2026 with just 2 months. SM-2 spaced repetition, MSI scoring, and deterministic scheduling all implemented and running. Gets into IIT Bombay.
Q1 2026 — Platform Expands
Builds Teacher Studio, multi-stakeholder dashboards (Student, Teacher, Parent, Principal), AI test generation, and school analytics layer. Live prototype deployed at aaryanaashish.in.
Q2 2026 — Beta Launch
Institutional pilot outreach to coaching centres and schools. Seeking first paying users and institutional contracts. The moat starts with data — and the engine is ready.
Year 5 — The Education OS
Every credential, every learning outcome, every teacher performance metric in India runs on RATTAfy data. Government NEP integrations. 250M student records. The most important infrastructure company in Indian education.
